  There are 2 primary types of vinyl, one is what you see for vehicle vinyl graphics for car wraps, vinyl decals, windshield vinyl lettering or glass and window lettering and graphics vinyl for store names or advertising.

 The other is garment vinyl. This is the vinyl lettering you see on sports jersey's, team apparel and as an alternative to screen printing where only a few shirts are needed.
